Spotless, fair value hotel, the location was perfect and magnificent close to Santa Cruz, next to the plaza and the Casino, the park after midnight, and the museum, casino and the Santa Cruz winery. The rooms were updated and mine was modern with sparkling wine and very comfortable bedding, for example. Thanks to the very very helpful staff everything was great. Couldn't recommend more this place and can't wait to come back.
The staff - some of them were very unfriendly.

Very friendly staff, perfect location of the main square of the town. Also - really close to the center of Santa Cruz, the Casino, museum and restaurants and the many Colchagua vineyards. Well-appointed room with central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television, and magnificent view of the sunset from it. Colonial decor and huge bathroom.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. the location couldn't be better. Situated right on the main square of the town, we had a fantastic view of all the lively activities happening below. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. And lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the plaza De Armas. Oh, and did I mention the breakfast? It was delicious and included in our rate.
Everything was simply perfect, no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, the hotel facilities were outstanding, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Additionally, the location of this hotel in the center of town, surrounded by beautiful gardens, was perfect for exploring the local area. The breakfast spread was also one of the best I've had, with a vast range of foods to cater for almost everyone.
